Hermes Business Academy · Application

Prepare a reviewable Academy application.

Choose one public program and provide the minimum information needed to review language, recent experience, objective, weekly availability, U.S. time-zone fit, and the preferred contact route.

Before you begin

Prepare four groups of information.

Do not include passwords, verification codes, identity documents, private customer records, payment information, or unrelated sensitive data.

01

Program and objective

Choose U.S. Logistics Operations or Marketing and explain whether your current objective is career development, business capability, or both.

02

Location and languages

Prepare your country, city, languages and levels, spoken English level, and preferred learning language.

03

Experience and schedule

Summarize recent relevant experience, weekly availability, desired start period, and U.S. time-zone availability where applicable.

04

Consent and contact

Choose the preferred contact route, review the privacy notice, and confirm that the information may be used to respond to the request.

After the handoff

The application moves through human review.

The review explains fit and the next available step. It does not create enrollment, access, a mentor assignment, employment, or a guaranteed response time.

01

Application context

A reviewer checks the selected program, location, languages, spoken English, experience, objective, schedule, time-zone fit, and contact route.

02

Clarification when needed

If required information is missing, unclear, or inconsistent with the selected program, the next contact may request clarification before any fit decision.

03

Current format review

If a current approved format may fit, its scope, dates, schedule, language, capacity, price, payment or refund terms, and participation rules are shared separately.

04

Separate decision

The application may continue, change direction, wait for a suitable format, or not proceed. Enrollment exists only after the applicable offer and terms are separately accepted.

Application questions

Know what the preview does and does not do.

Does submitting the form enroll me in the Academy?

No. The current workflow prepares a preview and explicit contact handoff for human review. It does not accept payment, reserve a seat, create an account, or confirm admission.

What happens after I choose a contact handoff?

A person reviews the selected program, country and city, languages, spoken English level, recent experience, objective, weekly availability, U.S. time-zone fit, and preferred contact route. Missing or unclear information may require a follow-up question. If a current approved format may fit, its scope, dates, schedule, language, capacity, price, payment or refund terms, and participation rules are shared separately before enrollment. No response time, admission, seat, mentor, account, operational access, employment, income, or future paid work is guaranteed.

Which program can I choose?

The current public programs are U.S. Logistics Operations and Marketing. Leadership, technology, and AI topics may support exercises but are not separate public programs in this release.

Why does the application ask about language and schedule?

Program fit can depend on spoken English, other working languages, weekly availability, and the ability to participate during the applicable U.S.-market schedule.

Is employment or income guaranteed after admission?

No. Admission, training, practice, feedback, and completion do not guarantee employment, income, clients, certification, promotion, operational access, or future paid work.
