Editorial and Corrections Policy

The evidence, review, semantic-content, disclosure, and correction standards applied to public Hermes website material.

Purpose

This policy explains how Hermes prepares, reviews, updates, and corrects public service pages, guides, case studies, checklists, and other website material.

The standard is useful, audience-focused information with clear evidence boundaries—not artificial keyword density, fabricated expertise, or promises that depend on third parties.

Sources and evidence

  • Primary and official sources are preferred for regulations, platform rules, public company data, and technical requirements.
  • Operational claims require a public source, approved internal evidence, or an explicit limitation explaining what has not been independently verified.
  • Case-study numbers, screenshots, testimonials, customer names, and identifiable results require supporting evidence and publication permission.
  • Planned features, research hypotheses, and future capabilities must not be presented as currently delivered services.

Authors, reviewers, and AI assistance

Hermes may use research, analytics, code, and AI-assisted drafting tools. A human remains responsible for publication decisions, source selection, accuracy checks, service boundaries, and corrections.

Named author or reviewer profiles are added only when identity, role, relevant experience, and permission to publish have been confirmed. The absence of a named profile must not be replaced with an invented expert identity.

Search and commercial content standard

  • Each commercial page should own one clear search and customer intent.
  • Related terms, equipment, processes, questions, customer problems, entities, and synonyms are used for semantic completeness—not as a separate LSI-word target.
  • Comparison pages and guides should help a reader make a decision and link naturally to the relevant service or qualification tool.
  • City, state, equipment, or vertical pages are published only when they have distinct demand, useful content, and a non-duplicative purpose.
  • Paid or sponsored placements must be disclosed and use the appropriate link attributes. Purchased PageRank, private link networks, and fake reviews are prohibited.

Updates and reviewed dates

Material is reviewed when a service, workflow, source, platform rule, operating boundary, or material fact changes. A reviewed date should represent a real content review rather than an automatic build date.

Commercial pages are evaluated using search visibility, qualified inquiries, user needs, and evidence quality. Low-value or duplicative pages may be consolidated, redirected, or removed.

Corrections process

  • Send the page URL, disputed statement, and supporting source to officeus@hermeslogisticsus.com.
  • Material errors are reviewed against the best available evidence and corrected without hiding the updated review date.
  • Legal, privacy, safety, identity, financial, or customer-evidence concerns receive priority review.
  • A correction request does not guarantee removal of accurate public information, but the evidence and context will be reviewed.
