Hermes Business Academy · Marketing

Connect content, distribution, qualification, sales follow-up, and measurement.

The Marketing program teaches how a service business turns a useful idea into a canonical website asset, platform-specific distribution, a clear customer journey, reviewed sales follow-up, and privacy-safe measurement.

Audience and readiness

Who this program is designed for

The program is suitable for learners and working professionals who want to understand the complete growth system rather than treat social posting as an isolated task. For the current international track, working Russian or Ukrainian is required for internal communication and translation workflows. A second market language — for example Italian, Spanish, French, German, or another language used where the participant lives or works — is a strong advantage. English at B2 level or higher is also a strong advantage and may be required for English-market client work.

Public curriculum

Six connected learning areas

Each module produces reusable outputs for the website, social channels, sales enablement, and future automation while keeping human approval active.

01

Positioning and offer

Audience, problem, promise boundaries, service scope, differentiation, proof, objections, and the next useful action.

02

Website-first content

Canonical pages, search intent, useful answers, cases, FAQ, video pages, internal links, CTA, and content ownership.

03

Platform distribution

Distinct Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, video, Stories, and email adaptations instead of identical cross-posting.

05

Sales follow-up

Response structure, discovery questions, objection handling, next steps, CRM discipline, and outcome-safe communication.

06

Analytics and improvement

UTM taxonomy, privacy-safe events, source quality, inquiry quality, review cycles, and decisions based on evidence rather than vanity metrics.

Practical sequence

Build one complete growth loop

The practical objective is to connect a useful source asset to distribution, a destination, a reviewed handoff, and measurable improvement.

1. Diagnose
Identify the audience, business problem, current channels, evidence, offer, and conversion gap.
2. Build the canonical asset
Create or improve the website page that owns the topic, answers the question, links related resources, and presents the correct CTA.
3. Create channel variants
Prepare platform-specific hooks, explanations, visuals, CTA, and privacy-safe tracked links.
4. Review and distribute
Check claims, rights, account ownership, duplicate risk, and destination readiness before publishing.
5. Qualify and follow up
Route responses and inquiries to the correct human process with clear context and next steps.
6. Measure and improve
Compare sessions, engagement, CTA actions, inquiry quality, handoff, and approved business outcomes without promising results.

Participation boundary

Learning improves readiness; it does not promise an external outcome.

The current page describes the public curriculum direction. Dates, mentors, live tools, prices, capacity, certificates, access, and exact deliverables require an approved cohort offer. No traffic, lead, sale, income, employment, client, or revenue guarantee. Participation is also subject to applicable sanctions, export-control, payment, and legal-compliance requirements; nationality alone is not an automatic exclusion criterion.

No automatic admission

Applications, eligibility, available format, schedule, language, and capacity require human review.

No employment guarantee

Training and practice do not promise a job, client, contract, promotion, income, or future paid work.

No unapproved live access

Private operations, customer data, accounts, messages, payments, and external integrations require separate authorization.

No fixed public offer yet

Dates, prices, refunds, seats, mentors, certificates, and exact deliverables are published only for an approved cohort.

Frequently asked questions

Resolve expectations before applying.

Is this only an SMM course?

No. Social content is one distribution layer. The program connects positioning, website content, social channels, qualification, sales follow-up, analytics, and review-first automation.

Will the Academy publish content automatically?

Not in the first release. Learners can prepare drafts and workflows, but external posting, messages, ads, CRM writes, and API actions remain behind human approval and separate access controls.

Are marketing results guaranteed?

No. Reach, traffic, inquiries, sales, cost, ranking, and revenue depend on the offer, audience, execution, competition, platform behavior, and other external factors.

Can existing social posts become website content?

Yes, after rights, privacy, evidence, freshness, duplication, and canonical ownership review. Similar thin posts should be clustered into one strong asset rather than published as many weak pages.

Does the program include AI automation?

AI may support research, classification, drafting, quality review, and preview workflows. Live integrations, autonomous publishing, messages, payments, or customer-data actions require separate approval.

Which language combinations are most useful for the Marketing program?

For the current international track, working Russian or Ukrainian is required for internal communication and translation workflows. Candidates who also speak the language of their local market — for example Italian, Spanish, French, German, or another relevant language — have a strong practical advantage. English at B2 level or higher is also a strong advantage and may be required for English-market client communication.

Are there legal or sanctions-related eligibility restrictions?

Yes. Participation is subject to applicable sanctions, export-control, payment, and other legal-compliance requirements. Nationality alone is not an automatic exclusion criterion; an application may be declined or limited where applicable law or sanctions prohibit or materially restrict participation, payments, access, or services.
