How Hermes handles website fonts and media, what is currently deployed, and how to request review of a specific asset.
The current Hermes website self-hosts the font families Manrope, Source Sans 3, and IBM Plex Mono through local webfont files. Their deployed source files are treated as governed website assets rather than anonymous downloads.
Asset provenance and license evidence is being verified and maintained as part of the website compliance process. If a deployed asset cannot be tied to a source and compatible permission, it should be replaced rather than left undocumented.
Website media should come from an owned, commissioned, licensed, open-license, or otherwise authorized source appropriate for the intended use. Client-supplied media remains subject to the rights represented by the supplying party and the applicable project agreement.
References to search engines, software platforms, government sources, logistics marketplaces, carriers, brokers, vendors, or other third parties do not by themselves imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or trademark ownership by Hermes.
A rights holder, customer, vendor, or other interested party may request review of a specific website asset. Include the page URL and enough detail to identify the font, image, video, icon, downloadable file, or other material at issue.
