A luminous technology portal representing connected business systems
Hermes Technology

Case 01 · Live product

One digital front door for four businesses.

Hermes needed a corporate website that made four different directions easy to understand while presenting one serious operating standard.

The assignment

Make a complex company feel clear, credible, and ready for conversation.

The public experience had to introduce Logistics, Marketing, Academy, and Technology without blending their audiences or exposing internal company knowledge.

The solution uses progressive disclosure: visitors first choose a direction, then see its services, process, evidence, and correct contact route.

Development process

A complete product cycle, not a generated template.

Each stage connects business decisions to a visible customer result. AI assists research, implementation, and review; final product decisions remain human-led.

  1. 01

    Business discovery

Defined the four business directions, their audiences, public boundaries, and the action each visitor should take.

  2. 02

    Information architecture

Organized one corporate entrance, four focused service paths, direct contact routes, and a consistent customer journey.

  3. 03

    Original interface system

Created a restrained corporate design language, direction-specific colors, interactive portals, and responsive motion.

  4. 04

    Product engineering

Built a fast static Astro website with reusable content, components, structured metadata, and controlled contact previews.

  5. 05

    Quality assurance

Checked desktop and mobile layouts, keyboard behavior, reduced motion, images, overflow, routing, forms, and browser errors.

  6. 06

    Production delivery

Created a repeatable build, test, and deployment flow for the live domain with changes preserved in version history.

  • Dedicated customer journey and contact route for every direction
  • Responsive portal interactions across desktop and mobile
  • Search metadata, structured service data, sitemap, robots, and AI-readable context
  • Public-content boundaries that keep employee-only information off the website
  • A tested production release that can continue evolving without rebuilding from zero

Project planning

Build your digital presence around the way your company actually works.

This was an internal Hermes product, so no client invoice is presented as a case metric. Your roadmap should begin with the company goal, the ideas you want to explore, relevant market references, and a realistic investment rhythm.
