Enter approved practice when requirements are met
Move into communication-heavy or operational practice only when language, readiness, capacity and authorization gates are satisfied; access is not automatic.
Practice model
How understanding is tested.
The sequence is evidence based: learn, observe, analyse, practise in a bounded environment, receive feedback and repeat. A learner can remain at a stage when a readiness requirement is not yet met.
Readiness gate
What must be true before progression.
Training status does not create employment, client access, private-system access or income entitlement. Each external or production-facing step has its own approval and compliance boundary.
