Your company remains in control. You approve every load. The relationship is non-exclusive, has no minimum load volume, and does not transfer freight funds to Hermes.

Who is signing for the carrier?

Use the legal company and authorized signer information that should appear in the packet. Operating details, lanes, load boards, W-9s, and credentials are handled later through the appropriate secure process.

Hermes has limited administrative and dispatch support authority only.
Freight funds are paid directly to the carrier or its factor.
No load, rate, mileage, customer, profit, or revenue is guaranteed.
The exact service fee is the percentage displayed in this Appendix A summary.
