Hermes reviews inland vehicle transport requests after the customer or authorized party provides the port or terminal, release status, ready date, storage deadline, vehicle condition, access context, and delivery destination. Hermes coordinates transportation review; it does not represent itself as a customs broker, port, terminal, warehouse, or customs-clearance provider.

Does Hermes clear vehicles through U.S. Customs?
No customs-brokerage or customs-clearance service is represented on this page. Hermes may ask for the current release or customs-status context as an input to inland transport review, but the importer or authorized party remains responsible for satisfying the applicable customs and release requirements through the appropriate parties.
What information should be ready before requesting port vehicle pickup?
Prepare the port, terminal, airport, warehouse, or other known facility; delivery location; ready date; release status; storage deadline; vehicle year, make, model, quantity, condition; equipment preference; and non-sensitive access or appointment notes. Do not place VINs, gate-pass codes, passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, or private release documents in the public form.
Can Hermes guarantee pickup before a storage deadline?
No. A storage deadline is an important planning input, not a guarantee. Pickup depends on release readiness, facility access, carrier acceptance, equipment, route, timing, weather, and current availability.
Can Hermes arrange TWIC access or an escort?
Hermes can review whether TWIC, escort, appointment, or another access requirement applies based on information supplied for the facility. This page does not guarantee access credentials, escort availability, terminal admission, or pickup authorization.
Can a dealer use this page for port-to-dealer inventory movement?

Does submitting the request book transportation?
