“Truck available” is rarely enough information for a useful vehicle-transport match. A clear update explains where the equipment is, what it can carry, where it is going, and when it is available.
Before sharing availability
Describe practical fit, not only the number of spaces.
Units, dimensions, weight distribution, equipment, route, dates, access, and operating requirements all affect whether capacity is useful for a particular opportunity.
Capacity details
Six parts of an actionable update.
Share business information through the approved Hermes form. Do not post private home addresses, unnecessary live-location history, credentials, or customer data.
Carrier and authority

Carrier capacity review
Share current equipment, route, timing, and available capacity.
The direct carrier intake prepares authority, equipment, capacity, operating area, availability, and communication information for Logistics Sales review. It does not create an account, approve a carrier, assign a dispatcher or load, or make a booking.
