The agreement is designed to let Hermes act as the carrier's identified administrative and dispatch support agent without taking over the carrier's authority, equipment, drivers, safety duties, or final decisions.

The percentage is private and carrier-specific.

The master agreement intentionally contains no fixed percentage. The carrier confirms the exact commercial term in the private signing form, and the packet writes it into Appendix A. A public URL never carries that percentage.

Common carrier questions

The agreement answers the questions that usually stop a signature.

Am I locked in?

No. The proposed v3 structure is non-exclusive, has no minimum load volume, and allows termination with written notice.

Can Hermes book anything it wants?

No. Hermes may communicate and negotiate within instructions, but the carrier approves every load and material operating term.

Who receives freight money?

The carrier or its factor. Hermes receives only the service fee stated in Appendix A.

Do I upload private documents now?

No. The signature step does not request W-9s, CDL images, passwords, bank details, VIN lists, or shipment documents.

Are loads or revenue guaranteed?

No. The agreement promises a defined support process, not a market result.

Is there a personal guaranty or lien?

The attorney-review agreement does not include a personal guaranty, UCC lien, automatic card debit, or confession of judgment.
