Hermes Connect · Auto Repair Shop Software

Give customers one link to book your repair shop.

Hermes Connect repair shop software helps independent shops publish services and hours, accept online appointment requests, process bookings, and keep customer and vehicle context together instead of coordinating everything across calls, messages, and separate notes.

Works from a modern phone or computerReal booking, customer, and availability dataFounding Shop Plan: $99/month per location

Online booking & repair shop workflow

Manage scheduling, bookings, customers, and vehicle context in one place.

Start with the tasks that immediately reduce coordination: publish what you do, show when you are available, let customers request a time, and keep the relationship attached to the booking.

One booking link

Give customers a simple public path to choose a service and request an appointment from your real availability.

Shop profile & services

Keep the business identity, service catalog, hours, and customer-facing details in one place.

Online scheduling & availability

Set weekly hours once and let customers request real open times instead of repeating the same scheduling conversation by phone or message.

Booking & customer workflow

Process appointment requests through clear statuses and keep the history attached to each booking.

Customers & vehicles

Keep customer and vehicle context connected to booking activity so the next interaction starts with useful history.

Owner feedback

Tell the Hermes product team what saves time, what is confusing, and what your shop needs next.

Founding Shop Plan

If the workflow saves your shop time, keep using it for $99/month.

One repair shop location gets the current owner workspace, public booking path, availability, booking inbox, customers, vehicle context, and direct product-feedback channel.

$99/month
Request paid activation No card is collected on this website. Hermes confirms the activation and invoice first.

For repair partners

Want your shop reviewed as a Hermes Logistics repair partner too?

This is separate from the $99 Hermes Connect software plan. Submit a real corporate service offer if your shop wants Hermes Logistics to review its roadside, labor, parts, equipment, and turnaround terms.

Submitting a partner offer does not automatically create approval, payment, contract execution, or preferred-provider status.

Repair shop software questions

Frequently asked questions

What does Hermes Connect repair shop software include?

You can register an owner account, set up the shop profile and services, configure weekly availability, share a public online booking link, process bookings, review customer and vehicle context, and send private product feedback.

Can customers book repair appointments online?

Yes. Your shop can publish services and weekly availability and share one booking link. Customers choose a service and request an available time while Hermes Connect keeps the booking attached to the shop workflow.

How much is the Founding Shop Plan?

The current launch offer is $99 per month for one repair shop location. The website does not collect a card on the activation request; Hermes confirms the shop, plan scope, billing details, and invoice before paid activation.

Can I try the workspace before requesting paid activation?

Yes. Start with owner registration, configure the shop, and see whether the workflow is useful. When you are ready to keep using it as a paid shop, open the Founding Shop Plan and request activation.

Does Hermes Connect guarantee more customers or revenue?

No. Hermes Connect provides the shop, booking, customer, and operating tools described here. Customer volume, demand, rankings, revenue, and business results are not guaranteed.

Do I need a native mobile app?

No. The current product is browser-first and responsive, so an owner can use it from a modern phone or computer without installing an app.

Hermes Connect · Arkansas First-5 pilot

Prove the Repair Shop workflow with real Arkansas businesses first.

The current Hermes Connect Repair Shops operating pilot is Arkansas. The Phase-1 zones below are for real-shop acquisition, product-use evidence, and measurement. They are intentionally separate from the car-hauling automotive GEO markets. Repair businesses can register for Hermes Connect first, then separately review Local SEO, broader SEO, or website development when they need more customers to find the business online.

PilotConwayArkansas Phase-1 operating zone

Expansion rule: prove one state deeply, then clone the operating machine. A non-Arkansas market is not part of the current First-5 cohort unless a new owner decision explicitly changes the pilot.

Current product-fit boundary: the Repair Shops workflow is represented for independent auto repair, truck / diesel repair, mobile mechanics, tire service, and body / collision businesses. Other automotive-service categories are not represented as supported until their workflow is reviewed against the product.

A pilot operating zone is an acquisition and measurement focus. It does not mean Hermes has a local office there and does not guarantee rankings, map visibility, bookings, customers, transportation volume, or revenue.
