One booking link
Give customers a simple public path to choose a service and request an appointment from your real availability.
Hermes Connect · Auto Repair Shop Software
Hermes Connect repair shop software helps independent shops publish services and hours, accept online appointment requests, process bookings, and keep customer and vehicle context together instead of coordinating everything across calls, messages, and separate notes.
Online booking & repair shop workflow
Start with the tasks that immediately reduce coordination: publish what you do, show when you are available, let customers request a time, and keep the relationship attached to the booking.
Give customers a simple public path to choose a service and request an appointment from your real availability.
Keep the business identity, service catalog, hours, and customer-facing details in one place.
Set weekly hours once and let customers request real open times instead of repeating the same scheduling conversation by phone or message.
Process appointment requests through clear statuses and keep the history attached to each booking.
Keep customer and vehicle context connected to booking activity so the next interaction starts with useful history.
Tell the Hermes product team what saves time, what is confusing, and what your shop needs next.
Founding Shop Plan
One repair shop location gets the current owner workspace, public booking path, availability, booking inbox, customers, vehicle context, and direct product-feedback channel.
Owner access
The public product page explains the workflow and launch offer. Shop dashboard, scheduling, customers, and other operational tools stay inside the authenticated Hermes workspace.
Get found and booked
The $99 Hermes Connect plan covers the software workflow described above. Hermes can separately help a repair business improve its website, Local SEO, and broader organic search visibility when that growth scope is useful.
For repair partners
This is separate from the $99 Hermes Connect software plan. Submit a real corporate service offer if your shop wants Hermes Logistics to review its roadside, labor, parts, equipment, and turnaround terms.

Hermes Connect · Arkansas First-5 pilot
The current Hermes Connect Repair Shops operating pilot is Arkansas. The Phase-1 zones below are for real-shop acquisition, product-use evidence, and measurement. They are intentionally separate from the car-hauling automotive GEO markets. Repair businesses can register for Hermes Connect first, then separately review Local SEO, broader SEO, or website development when they need more customers to find the business online.
Expansion rule: prove one state deeply, then clone the operating machine. A non-Arkansas market is not part of the current First-5 cohort unless a new owner decision explicitly changes the pilot.
Current product-fit boundary: the Repair Shops workflow is represented for independent auto repair, truck / diesel repair, mobile mechanics, tire service, and body / collision businesses. Other automotive-service categories are not represented as supported until their workflow is reviewed against the product.
A pilot operating zone is an acquisition and measurement focus. It does not mean Hermes has a local office there and does not guarantee rankings, map visibility, bookings, customers, transportation volume, or revenue.
